Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped<\/strong>. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.<\/p>\n Cancellation requests must be raised through email, phone, or WhatsApp support<\/strong> within the allowed time.<\/p>\n For prepaid orders<\/strong>, eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original mode of payment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5\u20137 working days<\/strong> after confirmation.<\/p>\n Cancellation requests will not be accepted<\/strong> in the following cases:<\/p>\n Orders that have already been shipped or dispatched<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Orders where the delivery attempt has already been made<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Orders placed under special offers, clearance sales, or limited-time promotions<\/strong> (if mentioned at the time of purchase)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Repeated cancellations by the same customer may result in restriction of future orders or payment options<\/strong>, including Cash on Delivery (COD)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Francoleone reserves the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including:<\/p>\n Product out of stock<\/strong> or inventory mismatch<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Pricing or listing errors<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Payment verification issues<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n High-risk or suspicious orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded<\/strong> to the customer.<\/p>\n
